All our repairs are carried out by Apple certified technicians. Some repairs can be done the same day. We offer a solution to your broken screen and your battery, audio or bad signal issues. In some cases, we also offer the possibility to borrow a device during the repair time of your iPhone.

When you bring your iPhone, you should have Find My iPhone disabled otherwise the repair cannot be completed. It must also have a backup, because in some cases, the replacement of parts is impossible and the entire iPhone must be replaced. In this case, it will therefore be important that you have a copy of your data. 

iPhone Screen Repair Rates

AppleCare + includes two incidents related to accidental damage. You can use one of these incidents to repair your screen. Each incident is subject to the service charges listed above. If you do not have AppleCare +, see our out-of-warranty service fees.

Other iPhone Repairs

Do you need a repair for other issues like the Home button or liquid damage?
  • If your iPhone issue is covered by the Apple warranty, an AppleCare plan, or consumer law, there's no charge. This does not include accidental damage, which requires a fee.
  • If your iPhone has accidental damage and you have AppleCare+ coverage, you can use one of your accidental damage incidents to cover the repair. Each incident of accidental damage coverage is subject to an AppleCare+ service fee or a deductible, depending on your plan, as shown below. 
  • If your iPhone was damaged and you don't have AppleCare+ coverage, your repair fee will vary, depending on the repair, up to the out-of-warranty fee below. These out-of-warranty prices are for repairs made by Apple. Apple Authorized Service Providers may set their own fees.

iPhone Battery Replacements

If your iPhone is covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we'll replace your battery at no charge. Not sure if you're covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.

If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.

What You Need to Know Before Your First Visit

Follow these steps before you take your device to an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or carrier. If your device won't turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:
  • Before You Bring in Your Device

    1. Back up your iOS device.

    2. Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you'll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.*

    3. Bring your sales receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.

    4. Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.

    5. Bring a form of personal identification, like a drivers license, passport, or other government-issued ID.

    6. If you haven't already, call to check whether you need an appointment before you go to a service location. For example, schedule a Genius Bar reservation before you go to an Apple Store.

  • Cracked iPhone® Screen?

    We can repair your damaged screen and have your iPhone back the same day. We use genuine Apple parts to deliver Apple-certified repairs, which are backed by Apple, so you’ll get your iPhone back and working exactly the way it should. Bring your iPhone before 4pm and we’ll get it back to you the same day. Same-day service is available for iPhone 6s or newer models.

  • How to Remove Find My iPhone?

    On an iOS device: Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud (or Settings > iCloud), then turn off Find My [device]. Enter your Apple ID password, then tap Turn Off.

  • How to Back up With iCloud?

    Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.

    Go to Settings > [your name], and tap iCloud.

     Tap iCloud Backup.

     Tap Back Up Now. Stay connected to your Wi-Fi network until the process completes.

    You can check the progress and confirm the backup completed. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. Under Back Up Now, you'll see the date and time of your last backup.

  • How to Back up With iTunes?

    Connect your device to your computer. On a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15, open Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes.

    If a message asks for your device passcode or to Trust This Computer, follow the onscreen steps. If you forgot your passcode, get help.


    Locate your device on your computer. If your device doesn't appear on your computer, learn what to do.


    If you want to save Health and Activity data from your device or Apple Watch, you need to encrypt your backup: Select the box called Encrypt [device] backup and create a memorable password. If you don't need to save your Health and Activity data, you can make a backup that isn't encrypted. Just click Back Up Now.


    When the process ends, you can see if the backup finished successfully.
